Working Large

By

I finally finished several large canvases that I’ve been working on for what seems like forever.  It’s good to push beyond your comfort zone.  I’ve learned a great deal in the process, both artistically and personally.

Free Collage Page for the Holidays

By

I put together a collage page of cut outs from various projects I’ve worked on this year.  I’m offering it right now as a free download.  It is for personal use only–feel free to use it in your own art or scrapbook pages.  It is not for commercial use or resale.  Thanks for respecting that. Enjoy!  If you like it, and you haven’t already, please come visit me and like my facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/schleicher.art.

Quirky Character Design

All of these were done in art journals.  The first three in journals that had either watercolor or acrylic paint already as a background.  I used mechanical pencil, 3b pencil, watercolor, watercolor pencil, colored pencil, acrylic paint, paint pen and a touch of technical pen, too.  I seem to have a hard time sticking with one medium.
